Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Free-Standing Emergency Department position requiring a MO or compact RN license and at least 2 years of ED experience.

Details

• Work in a Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) setting
• 13-week assignment
• Shift runs from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Requirements

• Active RN license (MO or Compact) required
• BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• TNCC certification required for ER placement
• CPI certification required for ER units
• NIH Stroke certification required for ED placement
• Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Two professional references required for Missouri placements
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide emergency care to patients in a free-standing ED environment
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; no local candidates accepted
