Job Title: Travel Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Job Description: Take on an immediate travel assignment at Penobscot Valley Hospital in Lincoln, ME! We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for day shifts. In this vital emergency department role, you will deliver comprehensive age-appropriate assessments, emergency resuscitation, discharge planning, and compassionate patient care across all age groups. Contract Details:

  • Target Start Date: July 27, 2026 (Urgent start).
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
  • Shift: 3x12-hour Days. Note: Day 1 requires reporting to Human Resources for on-site onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Strong clinical background in emergency nursing with excellent critical thinking and assessment skills across all patient age groups.
  • Certifications: Active AHA BLS required; ACLS preferred.
  • Licensure: Active Maine RN license or compact license in hand.
  • Compliance: Strict immunization documentation required (Varicella, HepB, MMR, Tdap, 2-step PPD, and seasonal flu compliance).
