### Exciting Opportunity for ER Registered Nurse **Job Description:** - **Location:** 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801 - **Shift:** 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM - **Department:** Emergency Department - **Unit Details:** - 101 Beds with a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Patient Ratios: 4:1 typically; up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds - Support staff includes Techs, Unit clerks, and Triage personnel - State-of-the-art equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitors - Documentation system: Cerner **What We’re Looking For:** - **Experience Requirements:** - 2 years’ experience as a nurse, with at least 1 year in an ER setting - Preferred experience in a Level 2 trauma center or a high-volume emergency department (>100,000 visits) - Previous HCA experience is a plus - **Skills and Competencies:** - Teamwork mentality and the ability to coach and provide real-time feedback - Flexibility to work across all areas of the Emergency Department - **Certifications Required:** - ACLS prior to starting - BLS prior to starting - PALS prior to starting - TNCC prior to starting - CPI prior to starting - NIHSS prior to starting - ENPC within 90 days of hire **What We Offer:** - A culture of teamwork and support among dedicated staff - Opportunities to serve a diverse community with over 120 languages spoken in the area - A commitment to providing a positive patient experience through respectful behavior and effective communication **Dress Code:** Navy scrubs are required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
