Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ACLS, PALS, and a minimum of one year of ED experience.

Details

• Full-time night shift position in the Emergency Department, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Requires working every other weekend and every other holiday
• 26-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active RN license, Iowa or compact license required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required (ENPC also accepted)
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Current license verification dated within 30 days of start required
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration

• Deliver direct patient care within a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Local candidates may be accepted for this position depending on state guidelines
• Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most Trinity Health locations
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
