Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent emergency nursing experience
• Level I or Level II trauma experience required
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS or ENPC required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills

Emergency Department Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical need
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, efficient patient flow
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with unit and facility protocols
