Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department night shift position requiring WA or compact RN license and at least 3 years of ED experience.

Details

• Work in a hospital Emergency Department setting
• Night shift schedule from 1830-0700, 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week with option to pick up extra shifts
• 13-week contract assignment
• Knowledge of Meditech EMR helpful but not required

Requirements

• Active WA state RN license or multi-state/compact license required
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
• Completion of approved 6-hour suicide prevention training required
• Verification of demographics from Nursys required
• Must be a strong team player with solid ED clinical knowledge

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
• RTO must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract, with full scheduling availability required
• Facility located near PNW beaches and the Olympic National Forest
