Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Electrophysiology (EP) Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized care to cardiac patients with implanted monitors in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Independently manage technical aspects of implanted cardiac rhythm management devices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care and treatment plans.
  • Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management in adherence with protocol.
  • Educate patients and families on cardiac device care and maintenance.
  • Conduct assessments to determine necessary adjustments to cardiac devices.

Qualifications

  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Certification as a pacemaker/ICD Technician or equivalent experience required.
  • EPIC experience within the last two years mandatory.
  • Knowledge in cardiac rhythm management and cardiovascular physiology essential.
  • Preferred certifications include CCDS or CDRMS.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients and families.
