Job Summary:
The position of Cardiac Device Registered Nurse (Electrophysiology) is located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This role involves providing specialized care within the electrophysiology lab, focusing on cardiac device work and remote transmission interpretation. The nurse will support a patient caseload of 12 to 20 individuals per day, working primarily day shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment.

- Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift Hours: 8 hours
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Required Qualifications: RN license, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, 2+ years of experience in cardiac device work, experience with remote transmission interpretation, familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system within the last year, associate degree or certificate in nursing.

- Additional Information: The RN will float throughout the main hospital and to the cardiology clinic as needed. No holiday rotation is required. Orientation includes a period of unbillable hours, with medical compliance required within 48 hours of acceptance.
