Job Summary: Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist in an outpatient laboratory setting. This position involves supporting electrophysiology procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining clinical efficiency. The role requires collaborative functioning within a team to deliver high-quality cardiac electrophysiology care.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. No weekends, no holidays. No call.
Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; minimum of 2 years of experience in an electrophysiology laboratory; relevant travel experience; RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification (or equivalent); ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with electrophysiology procedures and cardiac monitoring preferred.
Additional Information: The role involves assisting with EP lab procedures, performing patient monitoring, and ensuring compliance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) protocols. Candidates must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills.
