Weekly Gross Pay: $2,920 for 40 hours
Hourly Taxable: $750 weekly ($20 x 37.5)
Hourly Stipend: $2,170 weekly ($57.87 x 37.5)
Local Rate: $64-$68 (>50 miles radius)
Location: The Bronx, NY
Shift: 8-hour Days
Start: 8/10
Duration: 13 weeks
Ideal candidates should have:
5 years of current RN Case Manager experience required
NY RN License, BLS Required.
Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review, and discharge planning
Candidate must have PRI and Screen certification during submission
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
Responsible for patient intake, documentation, scheduling coordination, and compliance reporting.
