Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at a large, high-acuity facility in Springfield, MA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED or ICU experience and an active MA RN license.

• Large, high-acuity Emergency Department with 118 beds
• Highly diverse patient population including behavioral health, boarding patients, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level patients
• Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts available (3x12 or 4x12 schedule)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience (post-orientation) required
• Strong critical care skills and ability to manage complex, unstable patients
• 2 professional references required for consideration
