**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Asheville, NC - **Unit:** Emergency Department (ED) - **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM - **Bed Capacity:** 101 - **Patient Ratios:** - Typically 4:1 for medical - Up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds - **What We Offer:** - A fast-paced environment in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center - Opportunity to work with the busiest robotic surgery program in the Carolinas **Qualifications:** - **Experience Required:** - Minimum of 2 years as a registered nurse - At least 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting - Preferably prior experience with HCA - **Skills Needed:** - Teamwork mentality and the ability to coach and provide feedback in real-time - Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED **Certifications Required:** - ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS completed before hire - ENPC within 90 days of hire **Unit Specifics:** - Tech support available in cardiac monitoring and internal processing - Documentation through Cerner - Attendance policy provided on Day 1 **Dress Code:** - Navy scrubs **Why Choose Us?** - Known for teamwork and a welcoming atmosphere - Serving a diverse community with over 120 languages spoken **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
