Job Description:

The role involves providing emergency care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must effectively utilize advanced monitors, defibrillators, ultrasound, and EKG machines. The position requires Meditech experience, transitioning to Expanse by 8/13/26.

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical care and manage patient ratios up to 1-5 based on acuity.
• Perform procedures including thoracotomy, arterial lines, and massive transfusion protocol (MTP).
• Collaborate with day and night shift team members, including CNC, RNs, PCT/EMT, and unit secretary.

Requirements:

• Advanced critical thinking and extensive experience in trauma, STEMI, Stroke, and Sepsis.
• Hold certifications: ENPC, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and CPI with TIC. NRP and STABLE are a plus.
• Flexibility, accountability, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
