### Join Our Dynamic Team as an ER RN! **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment? - Join a prestigious hospital recognized among America's 50 Best Hospitals (2020-2023) for unmatched clinical quality! - Work in a high-volume Emergency Department (ED) with annual visits exceeding 100,000. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. - Manage up to 4:1 patient ratios (up to 7:1 for behavioral holds). - Engage with a multicultural community, communicating in over 120 languages in the area. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting. - Strong teamwork mentality with the ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback. - Flexibility to work throughout all areas of the ED. **Required Certifications:** - ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS prior to hire. - ENPC within 90 days of hire. **Unit Highlights:** - State-of-the-art equipment including Baxter pumps and GE monitors. - Cerner for efficient documentation. - No floating outside the ED; be part of a cohesive unit! **Dress Code:** - Navy scrubs (your professional uniform). **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
