**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - Emergency Department - 78074 - Location: 5510 Presidio Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78249 - Number of Beds: 9 - Total Staff: 17 dedicated professionals - **Shift Details:** - 7 PM to 7 AM - Night Shift: 2 nurses (1 charge, 1 RN) - **Patient Care:** - Patient Ratios: 4 patients to 1 RN - Engage in critical situations with your expertise - **Essential Skills Required:** - Proficiency in triage & ESI - Emergency assessment - Medication administration - Management of critical patients - **Preferred Skills:** - Trauma & Stroke care experience - Moderate sedation - **Typical Procedures:** - Triage - Medication administration - IV insertion - EKG & cardiac monitoring - Trauma and emergency stabilization - **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - Strong critical thinking abilities - Capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment - Team-oriented with adaptability - Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills - Fun-loving attitude - **Required Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS - PALS - TNCC - **Work Schedule:** - Rotating weekends - No on-call requirements - **Dress Code:** - Navy Blue Scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
