### Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team! **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 30 - **Staff:** 49 FTE, 6 PRN, 2 Leadership - **Day Shift Staffing:** - CNC-1 - RNs (7-10 based on volume forecast) - 2 PCT/EMT - 1 US - **Night Shift Staffing:** - CNC-1 - RNs (7-10 based on volume forecast) - 1 PCT/EMT - 1 US - **Patient Ratios:** 1:5 (acuity dependent) - **Equipment:** - Advanced Monitors - Defibrillators - Ultrasound - EKG Machines - **EMR System:** Meditech (transitioning to Expanse on 8/13/26) - **Ideal Candidate Skill Set:** - **Must Have:** - Advanced Critical Thinking - Extensive Experience with Trauma, STEMI, Stroke, and Sepsis - **Preferred:** - Adult and Pediatric ED Experience - Completed Certifications aligned under HCA Nurse Contract and Pool - **Typical Procedures:** - Thoracotomy - Arterial Lines and MTP - **Best Personality Fit:** - Flexible - Accountable - Responsible - Excellent Team Player - **Required Certifications:** - ENPC - TNCC - ACLS - PALS - BLS - CPI with TIC - (NRP and STABLE is a plus) - **Floating Areas:** Two Free Standing ED if needed - **Dress Code:** - Royal Blue Scrubs - Adhere to Dress Code Policy - **Weekend Requirements:** Will work alternate weekends - **Experience Needed:** 1 Year **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
