Description

American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN with at least 2 years of recent ED experience for a 13-week travel assignment requiring BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Details

• Emergency Services unit within a hospital setting
• 12-hour day shifts with schedule varying between 7AM-7PM
• 3 shifts per week totaling 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Emergency Department specialty
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS (all AHA, non-expired)

Additional Information

• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
• Returning staff who previously worked permanently at the facility must have at least a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
• RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
