Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a GA or compact RN license and 12hr night shifts.

Details

  • Work in the Emergency Services department of a hospital environment
  • 13-week assignment with a 12hr night shift schedule
  • Shifts scheduled 3 shifts per week, varying 3p-3a
  • Uses Cerner EMR

Requirements

  • Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
  • Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department specialty required
  • Cerner EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered for this position
  • Returning staff who previously worked permanently at the facility must have a 2-year break before returning as travelers
  • RTO must be requested upfront at time of submission and cannot be requested after an offer is made
