Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a Level II trauma center and a commitment to providing exceptional medical services to our diverse community.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume emergency setting.
- Monitor patients and document their conditions accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to manage complex cases.
- Assist in triage and emergency response situations.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required prior to start date.
- Must demonstrate a teamwork mentality and be open to floating within the ED as needed.
