Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Smyrna, TN, requiring 2 years of ED experience and an active TN or compact RN license.

Details

• Emergency Department (ER) setting at a hospital in Smyrna, TN
• Evening/night shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI (or accepted equivalent: SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA), TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale — all certifications must remain valid through the first 30 days of the assignment
• AHA or ARC certification formats accepted
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• No previous permanent or travel employment with HCA Healthcare facilities in the Far West / Northern CA region counting toward the 2-year experience rule (2 years of clinical experience required for that region specifically)
