**Emergency Department Registered Nurse - Night Shift** Join our dynamic Emergency Department team and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to work night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM) for a 13-week contract. If you're ready to make a difference in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you! **Unit Information:** - **Location:** Hill Country - **Address:** 1020 S State Highway 16, Fredericksburg, TX 78624 - **Unit Type:** Emergency Department - **Number of Beds:** 11 - **Number of Staff:** 28 - **Patient Ratios:** 1: 2-3 **Schedule and Staffing:** - **Night Shift:** - 1 Charge RN (7 PM - 7 AM) - 1 PM RN (7 PM - 7 AM) - 1 RN (1 PM - 1 AM) - 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT) **Essential Skills and Requirements:** - **Must Have:** - 3+ years recent Emergency Department experience - Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC - **Preferred:** - Previous charge role experience is a plus! **Typical Procedures:** - STEMI protocol - Stroke protocol - Conscious sedation - Chest tubes - Codes and intubation - Laceration repair - Antivenom infusion - Ortho splinting by RNs **Ideal Candidate Attributes:** - Friendly and honest - Flexible and adaptable - Strong multi-tasker - Compassionate with a sense of urgency - Excellent critical thinking skills - Works effectively in a team environment **Dress Code:** - Navy Blue Scrubs **Additional Information:** - **Weekends:** Every other weekend - **On-Call:** No call required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
