Job Description:

Seeking a skilled and dedicated RN for the Emergency Room Care Center. The successful candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, adaptability in high-stress situations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population in a Level 2 trauma center.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation utilizing the Cerner system.
• Participate in patient and family education.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in an ER setting.
• Experience in a high volume, 100,000 visit Emergency Department is preferred.
• Must hold current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS prior to start date. ENPC required within 90 days of hire.
• Must demonstrate flexibility and teamwork mentality.
