**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse ready to make a real impact in the Emergency Room? - We invite you to be a pivotal part of a dedicated team, providing top-notch care to patients in a fast-paced environment. **Job Responsibilities:** - Assume shift accountability for delivering exceptional care to Emergency Room patients. - Utilize the Nursing Process in strict adherence to the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - Exhibit critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and strong leadership in planning and ensuring safe patient care. - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development. - Effectively delegate patient care priorities based on the qualifications and experience of your team. - Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel in delivering high-quality patient care. **Qualifications:** - 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting required. - Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications mandatory. - Active AZ Nursing License required. - Experience with Cerner EMR preferred. - Charge Nurse experience is a plus (additional compensation offered). - Willingness to float within the facility is essential. **Additional Information:** - Work Schedule: Days, 7 AM - 7:30 PM (3x12 shifts). - Facility Features: - 38-bed capacity - Trauma Level III Certified - Stroke and STEMI Receiving **Dress Code:** - Scrub colors: Black **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
