Job Requirements

• Current RN license and strong Emergency Department nursing experience
• Minimum of 3 ED assignments or 3 years of current/recent Emergency Room experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Epic EMR experience required
• TNCC and ENPC strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced trauma environment
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across a wide range of acuity levels
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring in a busy Emergency Department
• Assist with trauma care, critical care support, and emergency interventions as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, ED techs, and the interdisciplinary care team to support efficient patient flow
• Accurately document patient care in Epic EMR
• Maintain a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Support safe, effective care during peak-volume periods and overnight operations
