Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of recent ED or critical care experience and EPIC proficiency.

Details

• Work in a high-acuity Trauma Emergency Department
• 8-week assignment with shifts scheduled 06:45-19:15
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Cannot accommodate block scheduling
• May be required to float within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
• Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Current ACLS and PALS certification (AHA) preferred
• TNCC certification preferred, renewed every 4 years
• 2+ years of recent ED experience in a larger department or critical care setting required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Provide emergency and trauma-level nursing care in a fast-paced ED setting
