Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent emergency room, Emergency Department, or acute care nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment
• Comfort working 12-hour night shifts as a travel RN
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with urgent and emergent needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient emergency care environment
