**Exciting Opportunity for Emergency Department RN!** **Job Description:** - Location: McKinney, TX - Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM - Unit: Main ED and PBED **Unit Highlights:** - 37 bed capacity with Level 2 Trauma - Team of 73 dedicated FTEs - Patient Ratios: 1:4 in the zone - Modern Equipment: GE Monitors - EMR System: Meditech **Ideal Candidate:** - Must have Meditech experience - Quick start date preferred - Minimal PTO requests **Required Qualifications:** - High caliber patient experience skills - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC **Work Environment:** - Charge nurse and staff breakdown: - **Day Shift:** 1 Charge, 7 RN, 2 Techs/Paramedics, 5 Mid-Shift RN, 2 Mid-Shift Techs - **Night Shift:** 1 Charge, 7 RN, 2 Techs/Paramedics, 5 Mid-Shift RN, 2 Mid-Shift Techs - Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs - Weekends: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks; no on-call duty **Best Personality Fit:** - High energy and self-motivated - Amicable with excellent teamwork skills Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
