**Exciting Opportunity for a Travel ER Registered Nurse (RN)!** Job Description: - Join a dynamic Emergency Department team as a Travel ER RN! - **Start:** ASAP - **Duration:** 13 weeks - **Shift:** Nights, 6:30pm-7am (floating and call required) **Requirements:** - Minimum 2+ years of ER nursing experience - Certifications Required: - ACLS - BLS - PALS - TNCC - ENPC - NRP preferred **Important Information:** - Fingerprints for all New Mexico travelers are required - Submission only for agencies registered with New Mexico for fingerprint processing - Call requirement: 2 hours prior to shift start - Emergency Department: Level 3 Trauma - Patient Ratio: 4:1 - No blocked scheduling and 48-hour guarantees - Maximum RTO: 1 per schedule; 6-week scheduling - Floating is required - Dress Code: Full uniform required (scrub color: none) - EMR System: MedHost (EDIS) **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process - Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership - Perform thorough assessments and communicate findings effectively - Administer medications and monitor side effects proficiently - Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation - Maintain knowledge of safety standards, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
