WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking skilled and dedicated RNs to provide exceptional care to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a 65-bed, pod-based Emergency Department.
• Manage a clinician-to-patient ratio of 1:4, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.
• Utilize EPIC ASAP for electronic medical records and charting.
• Perform assessments, documentation, IV insertions, phlebotomy, EKGs, cardiac monitoring, and point-of-care testing.
• Apply critical thinking skills to manage acute and complex patient cases.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Nursing experience.
• Current AHA Certified BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• NRP certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in emergency nursing skills including assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, cardiac monitoring, and patient education.
• Ability to work rotating shifts with low rotation frequency, primarily night shifts.
• Flexibility to float to different units as needed.
