Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: ED - Emergency Department
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
• Shift hours/Contract Length: 7p-7a, 13 weeks
• Charting: EPIC experience required
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other
• Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
• Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS - Please include valid NIHSS in submittal.
REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS
========================
• IV therapy (blood product administration, central line care, phlebotomy, starting/maintaining IVs); IV vasopressors
• CPAP/BiPAP; Ventilator management
• CVA (stroke), neuro-trauma, spinal cord injury, TBI
• Cardiac monitoring (interpretation and management of dysrhythmias)
• Emergency care (adult/pediatric ED, gunshot wounds, ortho trauma)
