Requirements:
✅ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License ✅ Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience ✅ BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIHSS certifications required ✅ Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree (ASN)
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
Administer medications and treatments safely
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Delegate and supervise patient care activities as appropriate
Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Mentor and collaborate with nursing staff to promote excellent patient care
