Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of New York
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an Emergency Department, emergency room, or other acute care setting
• Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience with rhythm interpretation and pharmacology preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt quickly to a high-volume patient care environment
• Ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements for the travel nursing assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse
• Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary care team to support timely treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to established emergency nursing protocols
• Document care accurately in the medical record and maintain clear communication throughout the shift
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient emergency department environment for patients and staff
