Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a Maine or compact RN license and mid-shift availability.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• 13-week contract assignment
• Mid shift schedule from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Uses Epic EMR system
• Float policy applies within a 25-mile radius between facilities as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license (Maine or Compact) required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• AHA certifications must be completed prior to start date if not already held
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Two professional references required

Additional Information

• Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are welcome to apply
• Local travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
• Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this during consideration
• Requested time off should be minimal, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for the 13-week contract at the manager's discretion
