Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Texas or eligibility to practice in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Current clinical competency and a commitment to high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Emergency Department patients with professionalism and urgency
• Perform thorough patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and escalate concerns as needed
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards and provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and the care team to support efficient patient flow
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Support a safe, organized, and patient-focused environment in a busy ER setting
