Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a MA RN license, telemetry experience, and TNCC certification for an 8-week night shift assignment.
Details
- Emergency Department setting at a hospital
- 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- 8-week contract
- Floating to a nearby sister facility may be required
- Telemetry experience is required for this position
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
- Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience required
- Minimum 1 year of prior travel nursing experience required
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and TNCC
- Flu vaccine required during onboarding — declinations are not accepted
- COVID vaccine and booster required (medical exemptions are allowed)
Additional Information
- A pass/fail telemetry/ECG test will be administered on the first day — failure may result in assignment termination; study materials will be provided upon assignment confirmation
- Biweekly orientation schedule
- Candidates must be separated from any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility (travel, permanent, or per diem) for a minimum of 6 months before being considered
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted for this position
