We are seeking an experienced ER RN to embark on a 13-week adventure in Anchorage, Alaska. **Position Details:** - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Shift:** 7:00PM - 7:00AM - **Guarantee Hours:** 36 hours per week - **Unit:** Emergency Department **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 20 headwall, 4 halls - **Number of Staff:** 50 - **Patient Ratios:** 4:1 (6:1 for low acuity ESI 4 & 5) - **Type of Staff:** Charge RN, Flow Coordinator, RN, ED Tech, US - **Type of Equipment:** Lucas, Level 1, Alaris IV pumps, I stat, EPOC, GE monitors - **EMR:** EPIC **What You Need:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - Prior ED Experience - Stroke and STEMI experience preferred - **Preferred Skills:** - Trauma experience - Pediatrics experience **Typical Procedures:** - Splinting - Breathing Treatments **Ideal Personality Fit:** - Flexible, transparent, and positive - Outgoing and efficient team player **Required Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS - PALS - TNCC - NIH - ENPC **Work Schedule:** - Rotating weekends **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color/Attire: Navy blue, appropriate fit (not tight or revealing) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
