Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring MA licensure and EPIC EMR experience.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shift schedule, every other weekend, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• No floating or charge responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Minimum 2+ years of ED experience required
• Current BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications required
• PALS or ENPC certification required
• TNCC and MAB certifications preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must pass ECG/Tele and Medication tests during onboarding with only one attempt allowed

Additional Information

• Provide emergency care to a variety of patient presentations in a fast-paced ED environment
• Must complete dysrhythmia and medication testing via Zoom within 48 hours of offer, requiring an 85% passing score with no remediation or re-sit opportunity
• Candidates should review the provided study guide prior to testing
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
• Previous Beth Israel Lahey Health employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted
