**Join Our Team as an ER Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - **Shift Information:** - Variable shifts: 8 or 12 hours - Scheduled 80 hours in a 2-week period - Manager will determine shift upon arrival - One on-call shift per roster - Enjoy at least one weekend off per roster - **Experience Required:** - Minimum of **2 years** of experience in the Emergency Room - **Certifications/Requirements:** - General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS - Nursing Certifications: TNCC - NRP Certification Preferred - **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle diverse procedures with confidence - Work independently and multitask efficiently - **Equipment Utilized:** - Meditech EMR - Life pack Defibrillators - Braun IV pumps - Philips Monitoring Systems - Motorola Radio Systems - **Required Skills:** - Proficient IV skills - Familiarity with Stroke, STEMI, and Trauma activations - Understanding of core measures and National Patient Safety Goals - Knowledge of AIDET and Press Ganey patient customer service principles - **Floating Policy:** - Potential to float to other units as determined by nursing administration - Must possess clinical abilities to work in floating units - **Holiday Coverage:** - Yes, holiday coverage required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
