About the Facility
This Hospital is a 17-bed Critical Access Hospital known for its advanced technology, supportive culture, and high-quality patient care. You’ll join a tight-knit, skilled clinical team in a scenic mountain setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rapid ER assessments and patient triage
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on diagnosis
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
- Coordinate care with physicians and ancillary departments
- Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR
- Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge
- Ensure compliance with infection control & safety standards
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of ER experience REQUIRED
- Active California RN License (Required)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or Red Cross) – Required
- ENPC or NRP – Preferred
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, rural emergency setting
