Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in emergency nursing and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' medical conditions and needs in the Emergency Department.
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide timely interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department or equivalent setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS certification preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Schedule

This position will require night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM over an 8-week period.
