Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• ENPC certification
• TNCC certification
• CPI certification within 6 weeks of onboarding
• Ability to work effectively in an emergency department environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an emergency department
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on clinical need
• Collaborate closely with charge nurses, physicians, trauma staff, and support team members
• Deliver safe and efficient care in both core and fast-track areas
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR
• Respond quickly to changing patient conditions and evolving department flow
• Maintain strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork throughout every shift
