**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Contract RN - ER - **Duration:** 13 Weeks - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Location:** Round Rock Medical Center - **Unit:** Emergency Department - **Number of Beds:** 35 **Team Structure:** - **Day Shift:** - 1 Charge Nurse - 7 RNs - 1 Patient Care Tech (PCT) - 1 Medic - 1 Unit Secretary (US) - **Mid Shift:** - 2 RNs (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM) - 2 RNs (1:00 PM - 1:00 AM) - 1 RN (3:00 PM - 3:00 AM) - **Night Shift:** - 1 Charge Nurse - 6 RNs - 1 PCT - 1 Medic - 1 US **Patient Ratios:** 4:1 or 3:1 **Essential Qualifications:** - **Must Have:** - TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency setting - **Preferred Skills:** - ACLS certification **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Trauma - Stroke - STEMI (ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction) - Moderate Sedation **Ideal Candidate Traits:** - High energy - Enjoys a busy and fast-paced environment **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Navy for RNs - PCT and US: Tan top with black bottoms - Note: Please avoid non-standard attire **Additional Information:** - Rotating weekends (4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks) - EMR: Meditech - Permanent positions are not available at this time **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
