Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of current Emergency Department RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIH certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• Current ENPC certification, or PALS accepted in lieu of ENPC
• Ability to work mid-shift and night shift schedules
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to Emergency Department patients in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Perform common ER procedures including EKGs, IV starts, and medication administration
• Assist with conscious sedation and wound care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support safe, efficient patient flow and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and fellow nurses to deliver excellent patient care
• Adapt to variable shift coverage and contribute to a strong team environment
