Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Emergency Department / ER experience strongly preferred
• CPI certification must be in hand at the time of submission
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication, assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to emergency room patients across a wide range of acuities
• Perform thorough assessments, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changing conditions
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely, effective care
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a safe, organized care environment
• Use clinical judgment and strong prioritization skills to help deliver efficient emergency care
