Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate timely throughput
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or a compact state
Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to work 12-hour mid shifts (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Compliance with all travel contract and facility onboarding requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency or acute care environment
TNCC or ENPC certification
Experience with high-acuity and trauma patient populations
