Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Projected Start: July 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform triage and comprehensive patient assessments in a 32-bed Emergency Department
  • Administer and monitor conscious sedation procedures
  • Assist with splinting and other standard emergency procedures
  • Maintain patient ratios based on acuity assignments (1:4 standard; 1:6 in Vertical Care space)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs, EMTs, and paramedics across shifts
  • Document patient care accurately using the facility's electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Emergency Department RN experience
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Current PALS certification
  • TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, and ENPC certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with Meditech EMR system
  • Familiarity with equipment including Zoll Lifepaks, GE monitors, Stryker stretchers, and Mobilab
  • Flexible, professional demeanor with a strong team-player attitude
