**Join Our Thriving Emergency Department Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** 2333 McCallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN - **Unit Name:** Emergency Department - **Cost Center:** 780 **General Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 19 plus a 4-bed psych pod - **Patient Ratios:** 4:1 - **Unit Staffing:** - Day and night shift secretary available - Tech scheduled Mon-Fri, day and night - **Equipment:** - Hillrom, Stryker, GE, Lifepak defibrillators - **Documentation System:** Meditech - **Scheduling Requirements:** 36 hours - **Floating Policy:** Possible float to psych pod or other Parkridge system EDs (Parkridge East, Main, North) - **Certifications:** Chest Pain and Stroke certified **Hiring Profile:** - **Requested Skill Set:** - **Must Have:** ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI, active RN license - **Advanced Skills Needed:** Strong sepsis and stroke skillsets - **Dress Code:** Navy scrubs **Additional Information:** - **Team Experience:** - Experienced staff with tenure ranging from 5 to 20+ years - Excellent collaboration between providers and nurses - **Unique Features:** - Tele psych capabilities - New equipment and technologies enhancing patient care **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
