Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Indiana
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS or ENPC certification
• NIHSS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a busy emergency care environment
• Willingness to float as needed
• Travel nurses must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Required licenses and certifications must be submitted with the application

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Support safe, efficient patient flow in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency room setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent patient care
• Accurately document patient care using the Cerner EMR system
• Adapt to floating assignments as needed while maintaining strong clinical standards
• Deliver compassionate, professional care to a diverse patient population
