Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Emergency Department night shift position requiring IN or compact RN licensure and 1 year of ER experience.

Details

Hospital-based Emergency Department setting with 30 beds
Patient ratio of 1:4
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
No on-call requirements
Floating to other units required
Uses Cerner EMR
13-week assignment duration

Requirements

Active RN license (IN or compact) required
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and NIHSS
Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience required
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Current driver's license required for consideration
No certifications expiring within first 30 days of assignment start
No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Provide direct patient care as an ER Nurse in a high-volume emergency setting
Navy scrub color required
Maximum RTO request of 1 week during assignment
No RTO blackout dates or required holiday coverage specified
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility as local candidates are not accepted
Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at this health system within the past 2 years will not be considered
