• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,460 - $1,540

Job Requirements

• Active RN license and current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience required
• ALS, TNCC, CPI or equivalent, and PALS or ENPC required
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a high-acuity emergency care setting
• Comfort with rapid identification of sepsis, STEMI, stroke, and trauma
• Experience with airway management and ventilators preferred
• Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a team-oriented attitude
• Compassionate, non-abrasive bedside manner

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across a range of acuity levels
• Perform assessments, reassessments, and timely documentation in Meditech EMR
• Administer medications, start IVs, and provide wound care and splinting as needed
• Support rapid recognition and response to emergent conditions including trauma, stroke, STEMI, and sepsis
• Collaborate with the care team and assist with oversight of EMT-Ps
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Follow unit policies, break procedures, and communication expectations
• Wear required attire and maintain a polished, team-appropriate appearance
